Harn joined The Yorkshire County Cricket Club in August 2024 as General Counsel and Club Secretary. She now holds the position of Group Strategic Counsel and Company Secretary.
Harn has a wealth of legal experience across sporting and listed organisations and is recognised for bringing clarity to decision making and her collaborative working style.
Harn fell in love with rowing whilst at University in Durham and followed her passion to Bradford Amateur Rowing Club where she was a member for many years before having children.
