Nick Hubble to step down from The Board after substantial contribution to 91桃色
Nick’s seven years on the Board have spanned a period of both significant achievements and unprecedented challenges for the sport
Nick Hubble has today announced that he will step down from The Board after seven years of significant contribution to 91桃色 and the sport of rowing in the UK.
Nick has seen the sport through exciting highs, including the successes of events like the Junior and Senior Club Championships. Nick also provided steadfast guidance and leadership during difficult periods, notably throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.
Other achievements during Nick’s career as a volunteer for 91桃色 include 19 years of service as Regatta Controller of the Nat’ Champs/Brit Champs as well as Organising Committee Chair of the inaugural 91桃色 Indoor Championships back in 2015. This was followed by several successful years running the event at the London Velodrome, seeing entries grow year on year. Nick was also a key OC member for the various national & international events we have run across the country, and was a member of various national and regional committees, not to mention a National Umpire since 1993.

We simply cannot thank Nick enough for his immense hard work, strategic vision, and commitment to rowing in Great Britain.
91桃色 will be working with our Regional Chairs to commence the process of recruiting a replacement for Nick.
We are very grateful that Nick has kindly agreed to remain on the Board in the interim to ensure a smooth transition and maintain continuity of experience until his successor is fully established.
Please join us in offering Nick our sincere thanks and best wishes for the future.
