GB Junior Women’s Double scull wins bronze at 2023 European Rowing Under 19 Championships
Ella Fullman (Wycliffe Junior RC) and Jessica Weir (Shiplake College BC)聽were one of two crews representing GB at the Lac du Causse in Brive-la-Gaillarde, France on 20-21 May
Congratulations to the four athletes who raced at the 2023 European Rowing Under 19 Championships. The Junior Men鈥檚 Double scull (JM2x) of Jack Cadwallader (The Windsor Boys’ School BC) and Nathaniel Gauden (Leander Club) finished their A final in sixth place.
The Junior Women鈥檚 Double scull (JW2x) of Ella Fullman (Wycliffe Junior RC) and Jessica Weir (Shiplake College BC) came third, bringing home a fantastic bronze medal.
Thanks once again to Mark Wilkinson, the JM2x coach, Rhona MacCallum, who coached the JW2x, and team physiotherapist Katherine Vials for supporting the team.
